Terms of service, scheduling, cancellation, and privacy information for Bluebird Softwash in Metro Atlanta.
Bluebird Softwash (“the company”) agrees to provide soft washing, pressure washing, fence washing, driveway/sidewalk washing, deck/patio washing, roof washing, roof algae treatment, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and/or other exterior cleaning services (collectively, the “services”) strictly as described in the written quote, estimate, or proposal (the “quote”) provided to you.
Services will be performed in a professional and detail-oriented manner using industry-standard techniques, equipment, and cleaning solutions. The quote is based on a visual inspection and is valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. The company reserves the right to adjust pricing or scope if additional issues (e.g., heavy staining, access problems, or safety concerns) are discovered upon arrival or during performance of the services.
You agree to provide safe, unobstructed access to the property, including clear pathways, driveways, and work areas. Remove vehicles, furniture, grills, plants, decorations, toys, and any other movable items at least 20 feet from surfaces to be cleaned (or as otherwise directed). Supply adequate water access via an outdoor spigot (turned on and fully functional) and electrical power if needed.
Secure or remove all pets, children, and unauthorized persons from the work area during and immediately after service until surfaces are dry and safe. Close and secure all windows, doors, and vents. Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in rescheduling, additional fees, or cancellation at the company’s discretion.
A deposit (typically 50% of the total quote) may be required to secure your appointment. The balance is due in full upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods: cash, check, credit card, or approved electronic transfer. A 3% convenience fee applies to credit/debit card payments.
Late payments accrue interest at 1.5% per month (18% annually). All quotes are estimates only, and final pricing may adjust based on actual conditions (with your prior approval for increases over 10%). No refunds or credits for completed services unless required by law.
Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to weather and availability. You must provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice or no-shows incur a $150 cancellation fee (or the full deposit, whichever is greater).
The company may reschedule due to inclement weather, equipment issues, or safety concerns without penalty.
The company warrants that services will be performed professionally. We offer a limited workmanship warranty of 30 days from completion for re-cleaning any areas that do not meet trade standards (excluding regrowth caused by weather, maintenance, or environmental factors).
To claim warranty, notify us in writing within the 30-day period with photos and description. We will inspect and, at our option, re-perform affected services or issue a prorated credit.
Pressure washing and soft washing involve high-pressure water, detergents, and/or biocides. While we use best practices, risks remain. The company is not liable for pre-existing damage, including loose or chipping paint, oxidized surfaces, cracked concrete, wood rot, failing seals, damaged siding, window or door leaks, or structural weaknesses. The company will document pre-existing conditions with photos before work begins.
Maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the services. The company is not liable for consequential, indirect, or punitive damages, lost profits, or emotional distress.
We may revise these terms of service for our website at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company is located, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
